With everything still ticking N this feels like one of those surprises coming where guidance is shifting N right up to the start and never really depicts the true N adjustments until it is snowing outside. Uh ? It ticked north for many places. Combine that with the cold and we will see high ratios. Eta: the other feature which supports the shift is DC went from all snow yesterday to snow/sleet, to mostly sleet to rain now.
