Probably 0.2-0.3 liquid as barely accumulating or rain. It "seems" like more than 5.5 due to the heavy wet nature of snow but it's what I measured in a few places. We really didn't start piling it on until 1pm. this reminds me of a storm we had in Feb 2010 where we got 4 inches and Long Beach was less than an inch, very marginal storm just like this one.
