wolfie09
Welcome to my world I get a little downslopes everytime we have NE wind, I have closer proximity to the tug and Dacks..With that being said precip"should" wrap around as the system pulls NE.. DeltaT13
Well it's now or never. Snow is coming down hard now, winds are strong from the North. Radar is building upwind of us at the current time. RochesterDave may be vindicated yet!

I'm just giving you shit because I feel like Lake effect pays dividends relative to synoptic in your neck of the woods, or at least it did before Matt moved into the area.

Haha! Yep! Today is just as bad...except instead of watching the band sit just to my north...I'm watching one just to my south moving from NE to SW. The curse reigns on... I'll have to try and remember this for next time we are in a similar setup.
rochesterdave
Let’s be honest. Nobody knows who is going to cash in tonight. But it’s snowing heavily in Irondequoit now. Evening commute gonna be bad. Is it 3” or 8”? It’s a guess at this point. Now cast time.
96blizz
The NWS Binghamton has changed our WSW FOUR times for amounts since this AM. They just upped them again. We’re all being hoodwinked by Ma Nature!

CNY_WX
Snow has finally picked up here. The heaviest returns are just to my north. I wonder if the radar returns represent where the snowflakes are leaving the cloud base then the actual heavier snow amounts are displaced several miles downwind.
