West half of Ontario just exploded with greens. Lol. Can’t make this up

It seems like the wall of snow is starting to slowly make a little headway through the dry air on the East end of Lake Ontario finally.  We shall see. I think being directly downwind of the tug in terms of wind trajectory hurt us today. Just a lot of down-sloping.

From west to east here at expected *additional* snow accumulations
late this afternoon through Wednesday morning: western NY less than
2 inches, Genesee Valley including Rochester Metro 4-6 inches,
northern Finger Lakes into Oswego county 4-6 inches (most over
Wayne/Ontario counties) and east of Lake Ontario another 4 to 6
inches.

Was looking forward to being under this band for a tiny bit, but all I'm seeing are teeny tiny flakes blowing in the wind.

So, now it doesn't snow in dry slots AND under bands on radar. Got it.

I’m telling you same thing happened here. It’s almost as if the initials dark greens restaurated things and then it snowed hard. So odd.

Checking out the webcam in Oswego it looks like a whiteout, yet they aren't under anything.

I swear at least for my back yard and this especially pertains to lake effect, if they issue a advisory or warning, I plan for little.  If the setup seems possible but no headline just about guaranteed it will over perform. It happened twice just last week, with that shallow lake effect both times they put on a wwa the snow died off. Dropped it picked back up.

I didn’t have any expectations for today, I’m sitting here looking at 3/4”-1” hr snow fall.
