Not as heavy as it was 30 minutes ago but still coming down really good. 1-2”/hr rates.
bpjones595
After 14 hours of sleet we deserve this band of snow!!! .
CoolHandMike
Looks like we're transitioning from tiny flakes to bigger ones again. Rates increasing as well. 28.7°F.
blackhound
The rate has really picked up. Snowing steadily and moderately with decent sized flakes. Glen Mills/Middletown.
kickingupastorm
2.20 pm, Ardmore PA Just took a 15 minute walk. Snowing. Moderate. It’s here, lads! Come on!
bluehens
Moderate snow now. Like a switch flipped. I did read in the MA forum that the 700 low finally popped off the DE coast at 1:00. I am guessing the events were not coincidental.

zenmsav6810
Precipitation type issues are probably because of strong upper level convection. Hopefully as the sun starts to go down this improves. Has to get worse before it gets better.

JTA66
Nobody move, nobody touch a thing! I think I'm changing over for real this time. Still hearing pingers mixed in, though. 30F
Newman
The heavy yellow/oranges on radar could just be bright banding of the sleet. We saw it in March 2017. Heavy DBZ returns but all sleet. Luckily, it appears on CC its trying hard to mix out
Furrawn
Newtown. 31 degrees. We’ve changed to half snow. Fast small flakes with sleet atm that won’t add up to much. I went for a walk and have to say that while I’d have loved Red Sky’s snow best, I’m enjoying the uniqueness of this storm. We have INCHES of sleet outside. If that verifies (and it seems that most forecasts have said "long duration") that will just tear up the coastal areas. We are just coming off a full moon a few days ago too.
