More like 13 hours of sleet and counting.

This.

I had finally gone to bed last night around 11ish but woke up just after midnight to hear the sleet up against my windows and woke up again at 3 am and still sleet.  Got up around 4:15 am and sleet.  There was a brief period when the precip did stop early this morning, but that didn't last too long.

Currently a mix of sleet/snow/FZRA (heavier on the sleet side) and 29.

Every time there is a prolonged fetch off the ocean the sleet line shoots n and w. Happens every time around here, no matter if there is a huge high to the north or not. Usually there's a model that shows it though that we dismiss but not this time. I don't expect things to go back to snow around here until the pivot unfortunately. Hope I'm wrong..
