SnowGoose69
I think what will happen is that next band over WNJ might briefly give the area some light snow 19-21Z which will then stop with the main area moving in 23-

This is just some WAA stuff from the dying primary. The good stuff comes once the true primary gets going off the coast, which we still a little while away from.

Getting things started without a significant delay is usually a good sign. But it's possible there could be some pullback of the returns at some point today as dry air erodes the initial overrunning and things start to shift to the developing coastal.
ADKNYCPA
24/14 Allentown, PA - nice big flurries covering up sidewalks and sticking to everything
ForestHillWx
22/11. Flurries started at 12:30; light steady snow now. Just took a quick ride out; kids skating on the pond at Chubb Park, the Black River is frozen solid above the damn. It looks like deep winter; this storm will make it even better. Good luck everyone! Northof78
Looking at radar/overall surface map seems this might end East of most models , very light snow has begun, radar looking much more robust than thought at this time

SnowGoose69
You can see that typical dry push now on radar....snow advancing further NE in NJ west of EWR with that usual struggle zone right near SI where that dry air funnels down from CT. Probably will see snow in FWN before it snows at LGA/JFK
