I highly doubt it. 20” could be doable but not 27.5” which is the record.

Yeah it would take a mega band.  Today’s daily total will be top 5-10 for sure too.  Storm total was 5.3 as of 7am and daily total 3.3....since then they’ve had .45, .18 last hour alone.  I would say they have a storm total of around 10.5-11 now and daily total of 8-9

One thing that is amazing to me is the sharp gradient of this storm.  Here is a pic from Hillsborough, and one from Bordentown.  About 20 miles apart as the crow flies and about a foot or more of difference in snow accumulation.

Thoughts and prayers to those in Bordentown, that's heartbreaking

It’s a little hard on the nerves. Hovering around 31 degrees

Passed 10" here as of noon.  29.8, S+

My temp quickly dropped a full degree, coldest since early this morning at 29.0, was not expecting that. Also about 10" here

Looks like two bands rotating in from the SE. The first runs from SW CT down through Westchester, Rockland and points SW into NJ.

Then an area of subsidence in between.

The second band is about to enter LI and the rest of the coast off the ocean.

Probably easily 1-2" per hour in the Western band and 2-4" per hour in the one coming off the ocean.
