CarlislePaWx
At 7:00pm in Carlisle, moderate snow is falling. The temperature is 24.1 degrees with a dew point of 23. During the past hour I recorded an additional 0.4" of snow bringing my storm total to 2.4". Back in northern NJ where I am from and where my 2 sisters still reside, NWS Mt. Holly is calling for 16-28" of snow for the storm, 9-13" of which falls during the day, tomorrow. Wow.

Voyager
Hopefully the Kuchera map verifies. For missing out on getting started with new job this week, I'm hoping the payoff is a bigger storm than December 17.

Jns2183
Hoping someone can chime in on the science behind the orientation of the frontogenesis at 700mb. I’m guessing the timing of the transfer and any capture come into it .
Ruin
love how abc27 downgraded what they think will happen with the snow. yesterday they were calling for 8-12 now they are calling for 4-8 we all ready have about 5 inchs give or take. yet its going to snow for the next 30 hours. even if you low ball it at .25 a hour thats another 7.5 inchs.
