Still early but the idea of a first load spewed in the interior mid atl followed by a seconday max for ENE seems plausible. Looking at the eps members, there’s a fairly good amount distributing the qpf like that.

I have seen this in the past on the ensembles and in the end it never really ends up looking like that.  If it does, it isn't really that extreme. I guess the devil is in the details, but I don't think anyone would be disappointed with that look, unless you are looking to score the biggest accumulations.

Agree. This is why I disagreed with the Snowgeese guy about NYC JP. Maybe,  but I feel mid ATL and ORH points NE into ME are favored...if anything more of a (relative) gap near NYC

You actually would want a typically further than normal SE track because the ULL is so large.

I'd say they usually aren't blockbusters....plenty of decent snow events that wouldn't win an H5 beauty pageant.
