That's been apparent on all modeling today, Reason were seeing this further south.

There’s definitely a legit chance that you see the storm go to town for a while off to the southwest in VA and then swing east and then back north where it rejuvenates  and hit eastern SNE up into Maine leaving a relative min in between. 

That said, still pretty early to be worrying about that type of nuance.

Currently its supposed to go live with the 12z cycle on March 3rd.  They were running the stability test and ran into issues that brought it down.  It appears the 30 day stability test is now re-running.  If they can get through that, then thats the target date, if not it will be later.  Part of the issue, is the server they are running on right now, is getting overwhelmed and not easily fixed so getting in the way of the stability test.
