TheRegionRat
My forecast from LOT has ticked up. Is now 4-10 by tomorrow evening. We'll see what lake influences this neck of the woods receives.
hawkeye_wx
Des Moines again... pretty crazy. I think this would be about bulls-eye #5 this winter.

Must be virga. Probably won't fully saturate here until 7 or so. Should be some good rates between 2-6 AM

weathafella
Sky has that pregnant before a big snow look. Also the low scud blowing in from the lake reminds me of Boston with ocean clouds.

Now that the flakes are falling, thanks so much for all the updates the last week or so on this. Love having some insight into how this thing is forecasted by the professionals. Let it snow!!!

Some places out that way are down to 1/4 mile visibility with fairly light winds. Must be pouring snow.
