mississaugasnow
For the GTA im not expecting a whole lot in the next 10-14 days. Seasonably chilly to begin with much colder in the long range looks certain which is nice in retaining snow. But overall storminess looks suppressed for my area. Enjoy CNY! Syrmax
Will probably never see another 1993 storm in my lifetime...here anyway. The scale of it would be hard to repeat. Sitting it out in SE CT with 5" of gruel was a big mistake.
96blizz
NAM isn’t too different and we really need to cash in on lake enhancement which it’s starting to show!

rochesterdave
NAM continues to show snow over WNY late into its run. More and more this looks like a day 2-3 event that’s more lake effect than synoptic.
vortmax
I'd imagine BUF will issue longer duration WWA for the south shore at this point.
tim123
Most likely. But they may wait another cycle run.

TugHillMatt
Another event where CNY has to rely on the lake more than synoptics?? Shocked...

wolfie09
For the"big" cities of upstate I'm going Kalb 6.5" Kbgm 12" Kbuf 1.2" Ksyr 8.5" Kroc 5.2" Used a blend of the NAM/Euro/Wpc..Climo ratios not Kuchera .. Discounted Canadian guidance lol
wolfie09
Every model shows a shaft zone here except the Canadians which is one of the reasons I am discounting them.. Also the rgem has been overboard a lot this year wrt lake induced Precipitation..
Syrmax
Well...in Mid Atl forum, looks like it's not being considered a bust but somewhat less then hoped for. NYC going wild since NWS just jacked up their totals to 18-24" for NNJ and NYC. We patiently wait...

BGM Blizzard
Updated headline map. BGM dumped the short fuse WWA for Eastern S Tier counties for Monday and now just has a long duration WSW for 10-15.

Wpc 1/2"-3/4".. Went a little above 10-1..
