Most of mine are more than 2MB, but I want to provide proof of my measurements so you know I'm legit. Upload them to an image hosting site like freeimage.host and then get the direct url to the actual image and post it here and it will auto embed.

I dislike the new NWS one and I need a recommendation (I know, beating a dead horse, every one seems to hate it) If you don't want to pay, accuweather has a nice radar with ptype.

John1122
Rapid acceleration to fatties. Ground turning white. This is why I knew MRX was off when talking about ground temps hindering sticking. It was 22 this morning, 36 for the high. It's early January. Ground temps aren't an issue. Especially with goose feathers.
John1122
It may stop soon. But right now we are at 2+ inch per hour rates. It's snowing harder than it did at any point in Christmas eve. 2
bearman
Looks like the southern valley may be in transition if radar scope can be trusted. Are there any posters that could confirm it?

John1122
Nickels falling now. This band will move out soon. Hopefully it fills back in tonight. Third snow event of the season and it's the 1st week of January. What a giant improvement over the last few years.
ShawnEastTN
MRX put out an update on FB. They are still saying one of the most difficult forecasts in several years, and seem to be expecting most change over to occur when the center passes to the east and wind shifts. https://www.facebook.com/198704190160961/posts/3872454576119219/ Sent from my SM-G965U using Tapatalk
Uncle Nasty
Looks like the southern valley may be in transition if radar scope can be trusted. Are there any posters that could confirm it?Bearman, I am in Ooltewah. Temp is 36* and the rain has intensified and flakes mixing in as well. It's the heaviest rain we have had from this system. It would be cool to get a changeover to all snow for a little bit but I'm not holding out hope. If only we were 3 or 4 degrees colder. Edit to add: 100% rain again. No more flakes at the moment.
