StantonParkHoya
Next week is really shaping up for a nice stretch of dry and 60s and 70s with the SER flexing. Should be some ideal bloom conditions for bradfords and others.

It’s Monday though. It could be in Maryland by Thursday. Exactly. I guess no one even cares sadly it’s not a bad look at all for 5 day out

ILMRoss
This is our last shot of the year. If you want one more storm to get emotionally invested in, it’s this. 7

And the para’s low was mostly unchanged since the last run. That’s probably a good thing since we don’t want it zipping northward so early.

Justicebork
We will witness the entire life cycle of emotionally driven storm tracking here this week. People expressing optimisism about supression will evolve to people posting about sun angle and soil temps which will evolve into finger pointing when a warm nose appears on the 48 hour NAM. It will end with ritual mass suicide after DC ends up with a foot and we watch the 20s roll in a mere hours after the precip exits. 3 3
WSchew
Considering this is likely our last threat to track, why don’t we try something different? What say we start a thread absurdly early (like today) to circumvent any conspiracies surrounding when it’s created?

The new norm is one meaningful snowstorm every 10 years or so. Nov-March a couple days of highs in the 40's and lows in the 20's. Great place to avoid any winter weather in the southeast and yes you will be having summer weather in your neck of the woods in no time.

Ha I tell people this all the time, we basically have Jacksonville weather. If you look at the climate data they're super similar. Only about a 3-5 degree difference October thru April

You went from a north pole type of climate to almost a tropical paradise in the winter months down there.
