The theme of this year is the storm goes 50-100 miles further west than modeled last minute. Definitely Torontos winter so far. RAIN, ALONG WITH SOME FREEZING RAIN OVER THE SOUTHERN TIER, WILL QUICKLY CHANGE OVER TO SNOW BETWEEN 6 AND 9 PM. THE CHANGEOVER HAS ALREADY OCCURRED OVER THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF THE STATE. CLOSER TO THE BUFFALO METRO AREA, SNOW IS MOVING IN FROM THE WEST. OVER THE SOUTHERN TIER, EXPECT AN INCH OR TWO OF SNOW OVER A GLAZE OF ICE.
