Rain Snow mix here in NW Chesco at 685ft temp 38.2 on VP and 36.9 on tempest....

already have over an inch on the ground with moderate to heavy snow the past two hours in Macungie. Starting to accumulate on the pavement surfaces as the ground cools. As the sun angle dwindles this afternoon, it should begin to pile up

if could take a pic i would, main roads might be ok but my road is slush covered

The changeover happened sooner than predicted. I wasnt supposed to changeover until about now. Its been snowing moderately for hours now.

2" total here in Fleetwood. These storms always fascinate me with regards to how much elevation helps. Down the mountain and in Reading, barely any accumulation. As you slowly creep your way north into the higher elevations, more snow appears until you get to my house and my neighbors are all out using their snowblowers haha

I know were about 7 miles West of Reading, and it was laying nice not sure of the total yet but my son did Measure roughly 1" about 12pm
