But I was  referring to the possible zrain event with temps leading up to precip start. RGEM was clearly coldest model and was correct.  Will it make much difference with precip delayed to afternoon...not sure

My numbers for December 2020 and year end 2020

Received 3.84 inches of liquid vs a normal of 2.96 inches, a + 0.88 above average. The wettest day was the 5th with 1.05 inches falling. There were 10 days with measurable, 8 days with a 'T' and 13 dry days. Had 4.9 inches of snow fall during the month vs a normal of 4.8 inches, a + 0.1 above normal. The largest snowfall was on the 25th with 2.9 inches falling. There were 4 days with measurable, 10 days with a 'T' and 17 with no snow. A total of 6 days had measurable snow on the ground at 7 am observation.

The averaged high for month was 44.6 degrees vs a normal of 45.3 degrees, a - 0.7 below average. The warmest day was on the 13th with a 64.2 degree reading. The averaged low for the month was 26.1 degrees vs a normal of 24.5 degrees, a + 1.6 degrees above average. The coldest reading was on the 26th with 10.1 degrees. Overall average temp was 35.4 degrees vs a normal of 34.9 degrees, a + 0.5 degrees above average.  The highest wind recorded was 42 mph on the 25th.

Two new records for the month, both on the 25th. The 2.9 inches of snow is a new daily record and the 0.91 inches of rain on the date is also a new record. Total precip for the calendar year was 58.95 inches, which slides into 2nd most ever recorded here, with 2018's 59.41 inches beating it. Total snow for the calendar year was 8.3 inches, this is the 4th least amount of snow recorded. Records date to October 1979.
