My mother and niece just voted in person down in Calvert which took an hour and 45 minutes. They said the heavy rain started just as they finished and they feel bad for all those people in line. I somehow escaped the growing season ending for NW Montgomery and my tropical milkweeds and lantana are fine. I should be able to keep them for a while longer now. As soon as we have the first freeze, they are gone. Looking downright wintry feeling tomorrow with strong winds and low 40s, but that is a big ridge for later into the week and next weekend.
