6z GFS is basically a little ending as snow for some in SNE.  Euro seems the more aggressive model now, but not sure how I feel about that.

Edit, I guess the Ukie did too. I'm not sure it's much to do with Zeta as it is more with the ULL in TX. That thing is getting the boot east.

I’m just here for the rain... looks good for around an inch on most models

RGEM got off the sauce I see. I didn't see the trends we are looking for overnight. Still could be some snow to end, however. We'll see what today brings.

Wouldn't shock me to see a bump north today. Ensemble sensitivity showing ~60% of the variance explained by a more amplified system. So maybe models overcorrected flat and will tick back some today.

It's fine to start a thread. As if that has anything to do with the outcome.   People are bored and it's an interesting look for late October. So what if it's started?

It was a joke, geezuz you people need coffee and Bob needs less IPA

Tip has had good posts about how the past few years, overall, have featured a very fast flow in the N Hemisphere jet streams.  Thus we have a lot of systems getting “shredded” and a lack of good timing with N/S stream phasing of storms.

I would have to agree with that. It does seem like the northern stream has been a high-speed buzzsaw lately.
