NwWhiteOut
1 of my stations says -8 the other says -6. Seems like we might get dry slotted with this next storm and its a wee bit further south again, I think they are still calling for 4-6"...and then the 60's next week...someone was mentioning severe weather chances!!! Totally wonky donkey weather
NWAflizzard
I'm calling it a night. -8 here now. I think we will easily smash the February record low. I have to give the GFS credit. A week ago it was showing -15 for this area for around this time and I thought it was crazy. Turns out it was right.
westhope84
Tulsa is currently -13 with a windchill of -27. Absolutely incredible. All-time record is -16.

NWAflizzard
My Davis weather station shows -18. My little Lacrosse station shows -16. I can't believe it. I think that is an all time record if it is right. Maybe the extreme cold has broken my stations?? Edit: Shows -19 now!

RocketWX
Whew, bottomed out here at -18.8 on my weather station at 6:30a this morning. Incredible! In regards to this next storm, why does ICT always have to be on the edge?! lol I think I'm leaning toward a non event here but it's going to be a close call. NAM did tick back north a tiny bit but we'll see. I'd be happy with another couple inches just to top this whole 2 week period off.
Doramo
Low of -10.3 my Davis station . Drain lines are froze and my water line to the toilet is froze as well . ouch!
JasonOH
I’m now around 30 hours without power. This has been absurdly mismanaged by ONCOR seeing as their “rolling outages” haven’t been rolling at all.

natecast
Official low of -14 at OKC. Coldest since 1899, before Oklahoma was a state.

Yeah, some areas in Joplin's "rolling outage" were supposed to be out only 1-1.5 hours, but for some reason it's been 3 hours and still no power there. Haigler hugs the Kansas/Nebraska and has one street Logan that runs into Kansas. This could be a potential record for Kansas that runs along KS-27. Is there a way of proving this -53F wind chill was also in Kansas near the Nebraska border?

One of our clients is Black Hills, and I actually have an inspector who works for us in Pea Ridge of all places. I can give him a call and see if he has an eta, he might be directly involved with this.
