JoMo
Finally snowing. Flakes the size of raindrops, actually I think raindrops might be bigger. Wind blown and foggyish out there.
JoMo
So, about the 12z NAM... It's actually wrapping the system up. Probably just a NAM thing though.
NWAflizzard
Snow falling here being blown around by the wind. Smaller flakes with a few bigger ones mixed in. Sitting at 4 degrees. Now this is what I call winter!

NWS Tulsa increased amounts for us NWA folks just a bit. 5-9” for Bentonville in the written forecast details.
JoMo
This initial band is really underperforming here, seems to have taken awhile to saturate. Here's to hoping the 12z NAM is correct, lol
StormChazer
Enjoying myself in N Tulsa right now. Couldn’t tell you how much we’ve gotten, it’s just blowing around all over the place haha.

StormChazer
06Z EURO has it wrapping up like the NAM. This is 3PM MONDAY.

Last nights model runs were all good "thumps" here before things went downhill until the main system comes through this afternoon. Most of the precip came from that initial round, but that's underperformed so amounts will probably be adjusted downward unless something like the 12z NAM happens.

MUWX
Rates are going to have to pick up for sure. Been snowing for about two hours, and the grass isn’t much more covered than it was three hours ago.

stormdragonwx
Yeah it's definitely a fine dry powdery snow for sure. Not the big wet clumpy flakes we are used to. That should change later. This is again only wave #1 looks like there's 2 or 3 more waves that extend all the way out to El Paso.

Yep just off and on light snow here, we are in the screw you zone again. Far NW Ar has the better chance once again then points south of a here a bit and west. This place is so so so weird with snow lol. They are expecting this to end before tonights round, maybe we will get lucky with that and get some bands that give us something. Heck the sun looks to be desperately trying to come out lol
