RobertSul
The accumulated snowfall maps for the next week or so looks more like a late November pattern. Hopefully we can keep something like this going through winter!

Brian D
Rather windy last night with the frontal passage, and today highs in the low-mid 40's. Cold stuff. We'll see how the snow potential for here pans out soon enough.

Geoboy645
Temps have dropped like a rock here. Already 37 and it's only 11pm. I wonder how this area fares in Radiational Cooling considering it's very low and the valley is shaped pretty decent for CAD, but it's also a urban area too. purduewx80
At the very least the upcoming pattern looks more exciting than what we've seen of late. Blocking over the N Atlantic and N Pole this weekend will continue to allow Arctic air into North America, then it's hello La Nina/Southeast ridge later in the week. At the least recent precip deficits should see a big dent. It'll be interesting to see how the Tropics play into the pattern later next week, too. 1 1
