ENE shower Friday and Monday I’ll take the over. That amount might be more for eastern areas maybe? I think many will see a good drink. Won’t be 3-6” but don’t see why a large chunk can’t get 1-2+. And that 2-4 is most Always a coating to an inch in real reality. But it makes it easier to take/sounds better to just say 2-4 and fool ones self.
