Likely high temperatures around the region include: New York City (Central Park): 70° Newark: 73° Philadelphia: 75° Overall, warmer than normal conditions should prevail into the start of the weekend. On the flip side the 95 seasons without any OCT / NOV measurable snow average 21.3"for the rest of the season. The long term POR average DEC-APR snowfall at Philadelphia is 21.8".
