Birds~69
I'm all in! Screw summer and the death to all mosquitoes and gnats. Critters who make noise but don't bite can stay a little longer. 73F / DP 71
RedSky
We are going to have the coolest September in..........................several years. Seriously it's looking like this month may average only 1.5F above normal give or take a few tenths and qualify as a fall month unlike the last two record hot Septembers.

I know I had 1 90F+ since my post on 8/17...maybe 2, not 3. But I think 90+ degree days are done....hail Fall!

The second half of that autumn was mainly below normal afterward, making it quite the contrast.

Hurricane Agnes
It was really juicy here this morning (got 0.09" or rain last night after about 9:30 pm) and when the sun finally burst through the clouds, the temps were off to the races after a low of 72. It did make it to 87 here before the clouds rolled back in again. Currently overcast and 83 with a dp of 71.

Hurricane Agnes
Looks like the cold front is about here as I've finally started seeing dews dropping below 70 sometime after about 1 pm. Had a bit of patch fog here this morning with a low of 69, and it has been briefly hitting 87 for a high so far today (currently there now), with a dp of 66 and an active mixing breeze. ChescoWx
Low this AM was 55.8 - lowest since the 52.7 on June 16th (think we need to add Phillies and Flyers Playoff pushes to the sub title of this thread)
Birds~69
73F / DP 49 ....with bright blue skies and 100% sunshine. May haul the TV outside tonight for the Flyers game with lows in the 50s and critters being the fans...

Hurricane Agnes
Had a low of 61 this morning before it bounced back up and eventually hit 79 as a high. My dp dropped as low as 42 around 1 pm but has generally been in the low 50s much of the rest of the day. Currently 75 and clear with dp 52. Definitely an amazing and rare late summer day! Pretty sure I heard E-A-G-L-E-S chants by them as I was hauling the TV back into the house?
