Sw NC weather
Flake size has really decreased here. Looks to be 4 or so inches. Maybe another couple on the backside and I can hit 6.

I’m not sure which model they use to determine such BUT it did perform well as this storm progressed, I noticed. So I do think there is a great chance we add more in the coming hours.

But now I must give the ole' liver it's beauty rest for the festivities tomorrow. Good luck to all!

strongwxnc
2.5" total here with lite FR rain now. This was the heaviest snow I have seen in a while. Locations just to my south reporting 3.5-4".
Sw NC weather
Starting to really come down again. Temps held steady all night at 30-31.
strongwxnc
Morning Jeb walk netted three very large cedar limbs down near my horse paddock. Which works for me as they needed to come down. This was a super wet system. Had right at .1 before the complete change over. I’ll push out my large rain gauge today to get an exact amount. .
WxKnurd
Gonna at least be a morning of hanging around the hotel, if not all day. Looking out my window, appears to be 2-3” here in Beckley. Wife sent a picture of our deck and I think it’s an easy 4”, she’s gonna measure and see shortly.
Sw NC weather
I would say I’m right around 5” here In Cowee north of Franklin. It’s a true paste, trees are absolutely full of snow!
BooneWX
Managed to get about 3 inches (or maybe a little more) in Burke. Compaction and melting is on full speed but it was still nice to score a decent storm for once. I’d love more down the road but I can come to terms with spring now. Just wanted one good one.

ncjoaquin
Just a little less than 4 inches here. Very pretty. I am glad we have got the snow that we got this winter. It has been a great winter. Long range models look like garbage, but this snow didn't show up on models until Thursday, so maybe more to come. That severe cold has disappeared for this model cycle. A really bitter cold snow would be a good addition to the winter.
WxKnurd
4-5” for my house from different measurements my wife took. Closing in on 20” for the season.
Sw NC weather
I took a ride towards Franklin and there is a huge difference in totals. There might be 2 inches around the Macon county airport.
eyewall
I can't say the same for here but no doubt you have all had one hell of a winter up there.

Stayed up way too late to enjoy it, but I will try to make that up later.
Phelps
Looks like we ended up at the lower end of the range. Couple inches at the house. Probably more at the top. I am certainly not complaining though. There is soooo much snow up here right now. It’s been a fantastic winter for us. And I’ll just say it’s been great for my sanity not to have to hope for snow in Charlotte. It hasn’t really snowed there since January 2018 and honestly feels like it might never snow there again. (I realize it will but boy it’s been bleak)
