I didn't think there was going to be much flow after this storm but apparently there will be some. From GSP....

......

Meanwhile...in the wake of the upper low, we should
transition to a brief period of NW flow snow potential along the
TN border through late tonight that could allow for another 1-3
inches of snow in some spots.

It also looks like they're concerned that their warning was justified.......

......

Given that we have not yet reached our
Winter Storm criteria in some of the mountain counties, keeping the
Warning in effect along the TN border affords us the opportunity to
add to our snowfall total and reach our 24 hour warning criteria,
thus verifying our Warning in those zones. At any rate, with the
ongoing light snow near the TN border, a public impact will remain
to anyone traveling on untreated roads, which further justifies
keeping the Warning in effect there.

I ended up with about 4 here and 90% percent of that came last night. Pretty much zeroed out today. A little dusting tonight so far.

A nice little event but I'm like the dude that's deer hunted all his life and now just trophy hunts. He'll let the 4 and 6 pointers walk while waiting on the monster. It's elusive but it'll come by one day. Hopefully this winter.

I will gladly take a spike at this point

I'll have a few more photos later once I have time to edit them but made it to the Viaduct and Boone Fork after work yesterday. Here's one of the shots. Absolutely beautiful snow. Probably the most annoying to hike in too because it was so wet. Came back home soaked. e340c384ddebab95823d7f97dff365ab.jpg&key=39eb1a0054b379eb2ac0bdffe4524084a4105839df2b34773c9722e33590b6ec
