It's like biasing in that area of the color-wheel. I was muse/speculating that perhaps the smoked filtration of light might have triggered the evac of the pigmentation associated with green, but the red was left behind..and that might be why? Heavy overcast, strong along with strong and gusty winds whipping up the water. All that was missing was having the wind whipping heavy snow. In time.
