Yeah Teterboro Airport pulled 2.80” last hour, not bad. I could see 2-4” over a decent area, hard to say with convective rain, one neighborhood could go huge. Thats warmer than inside my place and I really don’t run our A/C at all and have been ripping off mid-80s daily. But we do close the shades/curtains when we leave for the day.
