Watching the redevelopment potential but for 2000 wouldn't be shocked if they eliminate the risk for everyone else NYC north. Only 67 right now. gravitylover Posted June 27, 2020 Share Posted June 27, 2020 Well this turned out much better than expected, 90 minutes of good steady rain that came in gently to wet the ground so the heavier stuff didn't run off. The bad part is when the sun comes out the lawn is going to go crazy but be too wet to mow for a few days. While I love a good storm this is what we needed.
