RUNNAWAYICEBERG
Front looks weak for CT. Probably some stray showers later then the dews start dropping overnight setting up for another ideal weekend.

SJonesWX
To those saying that today is another dry day, i suggest checking the radar to your west/southwest. here at MHT it’s been damp and dank all morning. Everything is pretty wet. sure, no real measurable yet, but it’s coming soon.

There’ll be a few showers /storms scattered , but it probably won’t be what the HRRR depicts. If the NAM is right.. and the euro is close to right with dry next 10 with all that heat coming.. drought will be in full throttle Last time you said that I got over an inch. powderfreak
Picked up just over a third of an inch of rain this morning in a couple good showers. Lots of low clouds now. But wow on the humidity! Dew point up to 69F now at MVL ASOS. That rain jacked up the low level moisture.
powderfreak
These northern Vermont dew points right now would make DIT proud. This is by far the highest dews of the season at midday noon.

If we are hot though I don't necessarily think it will be bone dry...there would be MCS potential and several opportunities for convection.
