Sydney Claridge
Looks like a hail core has formed with a left-mover SE of Springtown, TX and is moving in the direction of Azle. Tarrant County may need a severe thunderstorm warning soon if so. The main supercell continues to move SSE towards Weatherford.

radarman
Survey confirmed 2 tornadoes in Dallas Co yesterday, EF0/75mph and an EF1/90mph.
radarman
Not surveyed, but FWD is recognizing 3 more tornadoes in Ellis Co and another in Bell Co based on video and radar. So the total from yesterday is 6. Not bad for a day with primarily a heavy rain risk.

cstrunk
Quite a bit of sunshine today, a humid airmass, and relatively strong low level winds make today seem like a stronger risk for severe weather this afternoon in East Texas than many other days that have been cloudy/less windy. Ed, snow and hurricane fan
Tornado warning for the house, but it doesn't look that impressive. ~60 knots on 0.5 degree but looks straight line.
Ed, snow and hurricane fan
Warning expired. At the house, I don't think we quite, eyeball wind estimates, qualified for 50 knots. No hail. Plenty of lightning. Almost, not quite, severe. ~40k Centerpoint customers in the dark per TV

Chinook
The models generally have a low on the high plains on Wednesday evening, with 60-70F dew points in the warm sector. It seems that 0-6km shear and storm-relative helicity may be increasing strongly in the evening hours. I think we will have at least some severe weather in the central plains.
CheeselandSkies
Yeah, I have this week off and am looking into Wednesday as a chase day, and possibly Thursday-Friday. GFS has been very up and down on the weekend, and my fiancee would rather I not be gone that long.
