Well at least downtown Atlanta missed the bullet. What has been going on with the NWS in this area? A number of tds’s have been warned late or not at all tonight. 
 

Also, new line of storms forming out west. I thought this was supposed to be the last of it. Any tornado potential with those as well?

They're right on the cold front, so no.

Not really. You should see them during winter storms around here. Lol. GSP does a really good job. FCC though? Ehhh...not so much.

   320 AM EDT Mon Apr 13 2020

   The NWS Storm Prediction Center has issued a

   * Tornado Watch for portions of 
     Parts of north Florida
     Southeast Georgia
     Central and southern South Carolina
     Coastal Waters

   * Effective this Monday morning from 320 AM until 1100 AM EDT.

   * Primary threats include...
     A few tornadoes likely with a couple intense tornadoes possible
     Scattered damaging wind gusts to 70 mph likely
     Isolated large hail events to 1 inch in diameter possible

   SUMMARY...A well-developed, pre-frontal squall line in Georgia and
   the Florida Panhandle will continue to move east-northeastward
   through the morning.  These storms have a history of producing both
   tornadoes and damaging winds, and these threats will continue
   through the morning with embedded supercells and bowing segments.

   The tornado watch area is approximately along and 85 statute miles
   east and west of a line from 60 miles north northeast of Columbia SC
   to 45 miles east southeast of Tallahassee FL. For a complete

...A TORNADO WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 400 AM EDT FOR PUTNAM...
NORTHWESTERN HANCOCK AND SOUTHEASTERN GREENE COUNTIES...

At 328 AM EDT, a confirmed tornado was located over Rock Eagle 4-H
Center, or near Eatonton, moving northeast at 40 mph.

HAZARD...Damaging tornado.

SOURCE...Radar confirmed tornado.

IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without
         shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage
         to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree damage is
         likely.

Locations impacted include...
Eatonton, Greensboro, Union Point, White Plains, Siloam, Phoenix,
Reynolds at Lake Oconee, Liberty, Veazey, Oconee Springs Park,
Warfield, Rockville, Rock Eagle 4-H Center, Shoulderbone and Harmony.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Tornadoes are extremely difficult to see and confirm at night. Do not
wait to see or hear the tornado. TAKE COVER NOW!

This cluster of thunderstorms is capable of producing tornadoes and
widespread significant wind damage. Do not wait to see or hear the
tornado. For your protection move to an interior room on the lowest
floor of a building.

I believe the ATL tornado by the time the warning was issued it was on the ground already and might have even lifted.  The power outages suggest it was on ground 225-232 or so and warning came 233-234.  Those are very difficult to warn on though.  Those quick spin ups often are on ground by time warning comes

At 333 AM EDT, a confirmed large and extremely dangerous tornado was
located near Clemson, moving northeast at 65 mph.

This is a PARTICULARLY DANGEROUS SITUATION. TAKE COVER NOW!

HAZARD...Damaging tornado.

SOURCE...Radar confirmed tornado.

IMPACT...You are in a life-threatening situation. Flying debris may
         be deadly to those caught without shelter. Mobile homes
         will be destroyed. Considerable damage to homes,
         businesses, and vehicles is likely and complete destruction
         is possible.

The tornado will be near...
  Norris and Liberty around 340 AM EDT.
  Easley around 350 AM EDT.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

To repeat, a large, extremely dangerous and potentially deadly
tornado is on the ground. To protect your life, TAKE COVER NOW! Move
to a basement or an interior room on the lowest floor of a sturdy
building. Avoid windows. If you are outdoors, in a mobile home, or in
a vehicle, move to the closest substantial shelter and protect
yourself from flying debris.
