Yep, taking direct aim on me; live right on the Fishers/Noblesville line. Already seen some really intense vivid lightning pretty far out. Let's see if the power lasts...

Drove over to Cicero because it was starting to get some rotation.  Gave up with the darkness and hail potential.  Dews 15 degrees higher than here when I got to friends in Cicero.  Hail core headed right for ya both.  No envy here lol..

IND G71MPH, GPC G76MPH.

That has to be one of the higher gusts at IND since 4/14/06.  Too lazy to look but I remember IND gusting to like 86 mph on that day (btw that was a northwest flow event, so more proof they do occur in April :P)

Hopefully this storm starts to weaken before it hits Memphis, but it is in a highly unstable environment.  SRH is not the highest (but is forecast to increase), but the CAPE more than makes up for that and allows for fairly high EHI values.

EDIT: rotation seems to have become less organized but the storm is probably cycling.

EDIT 2: the tornado warning has been dropped.  If this storm is cycling, however, rotation could easily ramp up again at any time.

I remember that day. Somewhat similar setup but that had more intense hail. Remember 2 supercell in indy area back to back with baseball to softball sized hail. I was in Brownsburg that night and remember it being the biggest hail storm I've been in by far. Indy had 85 mph gust officially. I was a freshman in high school then. 2006 was a very active severe weather spring in our area. Haven't seen as many in recent years since 2011 obviously
