Some building in SW VA... and western NC. NWS just issued a FFW for our area of FFCO. Lawyers road a couple hundred yards from our home is flooded - again. Happens several times a year in the 10+ years we've lived here. Had a white water rescue a few years ago that was nearly fatal. It’s been pretty windy here in eastern Baltimore County by the bay. I’d say occasional gusts maybe close to the 45-50 range. He also cited a 1998 analog with record low GL ice and a super strong subtropical jet stream, although most of the convective threats will be in the Midwest and Lower Great Lakes.
