ChescoWx
Could we have an elevation driven event with spots over 600 ft across Chester and Berks counties seeing their 1st accumulating snow since the 2" that fell way back on January 18th? It's been a while without a WXSIM snow forecast will it be just as "accurate" as it has all winter long? WXSIM has light rain (temp 40.7) arriving on Friday by 10am quickly mixing with snow and getting heavy by 1pm temp down to 36.4. Moderate snow by 7pm temp at 33.4 - moderate snow through 1am temp 32.3 - tapering to flurries by 2am. Total snow accumulation 1" to 3"
ChescoWx
WXSIM with 6z NAM/GFS has rain arriving by noon with temps peaking at 42 before falling with the onset of the rain. Snow will begin to mix in by 4pm with mixed snow/rain with more snow than rain during heavier precip rates - temps will remain just above freezing for the duration.. Becoming all snow by 10pm and ending by 1am - total snow 0.3" to 1.0" - have to get my blower gassed up!!

JTA66
Getting some mangled flakes when heavier precip moves through, 37F. But these 1: -1 ratios just aren't gonna cut it.

Had a few flakes mixed in here too, so it didn't go by unnoticed at least.

LVwhiteout
more white rain than good solid snowflakes here. Not good at all, and I did expect more. Typical for this year around this area. I don,t really remembering it being this shitty. And if your 67 years old like me , you would know what I mean. Can't seeing things getting better in the short term.
