I noticed as well, and the same is happening at my house with the dewpoint dropping at -2.8°/hr now. There seems to be a stretch of locally higher DP through parts of S Orange, S Durham, and W Wake county but hopefully that disappears quickly. NAM dewpoint forecast was about a degree higher at 8AM that what I measured with my station.
SnowDawg
Tiger, GA 39.6/36.5 Dew point just refused to budge over night, and I never really trust that it can drop efficiently under heavy rainfall. Basically throwing in the towel at this point. Looks like it'll mainly be 3000 feet and up in GA.

GunBlade
40/36 humidity 85 in Matthews. Doesn’t sound great but the Temp DP and Humidity have been steadily dropping throughout the night and morning even with moisture moving in so there’s plenty of cooling to come. And the 850 line has dropped mostly through Union County now as well.
Tigerchick224
Already sleet/rain mix in Blue Ridge, SC. Coming down at a good clip. At work so can’t check temp, but air has clearly gotten colder..

SnowDeac
Rain/sleet earlier on the way into the office in Fort Mill. Interesting that my temp at the house in Madison Park was 44 but driving ~12 miles south it dropped to 40. Heavier returns/dynamic cooling I guess. Wow
Temp and DP actually went up in the past hour by a degree. 41.7/28.9. Going to need to sit in a heavy band to drop these sfc temps if anything it going to accumulate.

Going to take some great rates to overcome the 'warm-ish' boundary layer enough to accumulate. I'm not crazy about the overall look from CLT-GSP, but we will see. Radar looks good though. 1
