Hoosier
Should end up with a decent gradient in amounts from IND/southern Marion county to areas just north.

Indystorm
Have now transitioned to a mix here on Indpls ne side. Sleet reported downtown per WTHR. Had just enough snow to whiten rooftops and ground, although much grass is still showing. Heavy rain around EVV with flood warnings in PAH area.

Jackstraw
Roads had no problem covering up. Nice big sticky flakes the last 30 minutes. Ground temps right at 32, roof at 33. If we can keep this up for the next 6-7 hours and keep that warm nose south we're on our way.

WeatherMonger
Roads are worse than I imagined. Pulled my truck around to load it and roads are solidly coated in a slushy mess. They must have salted the heck in between buildings for thr fork trucks amd prevented it from sticking.

Good inch already, nickle sized Rockwell flakes. Everything's covered, including the dogs and more importantly the mud! I do live in the country so it doesn't take much for the roads. hawkeye_wx
Even though it didn't get as warm as expected, the snow here so far has been too light to overcome the marginal ground temp.

Frog Town
I'm sitting here in NW Ohio looking at one of the best storm wide radars i've seen in a long time. It's hard for me to believe we are gonna get 2" out of this. The thing would have to littereally fall to pieces like now. Any thoughts on this?? Is there more phasing going on? That much may have fallem, but that much definitely didn't accumulate. I'd say 1-1/2" right bow onnthe grassy surfaces. Ground is covered for the most part, hovering around the freezing mark. Its Slicker Than a Witches Tit on the secondary roads (dont ask me something my grandpa always said). 1/4 mile visibility, flakes shrunk some but still SN/+SN. Estimate over 2 with compaction.
