dailylurker
Heavy tropical rain and lightning here at the moment. Hopefully it stays just heavy rain. I don't need any strong winds right now.

osfan24
Getting some good gusts here right now with some downpours. Just getting barely clipped by this cell after just being missed by a couple earlier.
CAPE
Hearing lots of thunder. There is major action to the north, to the east, and now to the west of here. And all converging on this general area. It will be interesting to see if it can all manage to miss lol.

87storms
this is a truly impressive amount of rain here. i have no doubt that some of the nearby gauges in bethesda will read 2"+ by tomorrow. i could see rising cloud tops this afternoon which made me think this could be the start of a line of storms, but didn't expect them to produce like this. not much wind, but there has been some lightning/thunder. CAPE
This is looking SW and aligns with the well defined outflow boundary seen on local radar. All the action is developing "behind" me, and moving in this general direction. We shall see!
