Looks like this thing is donzo, especially if that final line near Winchester is just standard stuff like a poster above alluded to. Given some of the parameters we saw leading up to this storm, it looked like some of the official forecasts were way underdone. Maybe they knew something we didn't looking at those models and parameters, cause it busted in about every single way possible. Shocking there won't even be any synoptic wind.

some wind within, but looks like a little area of possible rotation near Boonsboro, just east of Keedysville

           TO FALL. THIS COULD INJURE THOSE OUTDOORS, AS WELL AS 
           DAMAGE HOMES AND VEHICLES. ROADWAYS MAY BECOME BLOCKED BY 
           DOWNED TREES. LOCALIZED POWER OUTAGES ARE POSSIBLE. 
           UNSECURED LIGHT OBJECTS MAY BECOME PROJECTILES.
