poolz1
If models were showing some weak surface low forming and racing out it would be one thing...Maybe a long shot but with something like this on the table it's worth following.
clskinsfan
The GFS and CMC are almost identical with the track on their runs. Pretty wild to see at such a long range.

GFS hangs a lot more cold air back in Ontario and Quebec than any other model. All models have been trending away from that idea so I wouldn't count on it verifying. stormtracker
I'm up to 60 hours and the NAM's thermals are vastly different than the GFS, lol. GFS has it raining all the way up to IA. NAM has it snowing down to AR .

Weather Will
GFS 18z too far North. There are still a few 12z EPS members to give the NW suburbs a little hope, about 10 percent. But better than 0 so I will keep a quarter of an eye on it.

Sorry to be too off-topic, but it reminds me that I have been meaning to go out to the MLK memorial either early enough in the morning or in the evening, to get a photo of the granite carving of him. I've walked by there on a few occasions early evening, and think a side profile shot of that carving with the light at that time of day would be amazing if I can capture it right!

Yeah, it's an amazing memorial. And you noticed I swapped it out every year around this time! High five brotha. Ok, to be on topic, I think we're cooked for Saturday....although I will be in NYC...unfortunately. I would have cancelled of course if we were going to get anything. 1
