Look at the Saturday system, how much it has slowed, allowed HP to retreat, could happen again.. Also need something to anchor in the HP..

It's above freezing pretty much everywhere with less than a quarter inch of snow on the ground, wet roads, and visibility of half mile or better with light snizzle. I think they are just bored at this point. You have a quarter inch!??! Man, I'm jealous. I have about 25 snowflakes left in the shade..
DeltaT13
For all the doom and gloom, this has to be one of the more robust NW flow Lake Ontario responses that I've seen in awhile. It's amazing what an abnormally warm lake, deep arctic air, synoptic moisture and upstream seeding can do. I have almost forgot it was even possible. I will enjoy these few hours while they last. Currently snowing pretty damn hard in ROC, we might be nearing an inch on the ground now.

TugHillMatt
Nice for Rochester. You guys are definitely going to beat out the 'Cuse this winter. Barely anything going on here. Light snow showers. Nice snow hole over No. Onondaga county.

TugHillMatt
Lol...just a LITTLE bit. Hey, if we have snow on the ground, at this point, I would much rather COLD and some sunshine to enjoy it than another damp, swampy cutter storm.
BuffaloWeather
Easily the worst Euro run of this "winter". No cold air in the entire lower 48.
Thinksnow18
12z euro actually looks to hold on to the snow longer than the GFS does for Saturday's storm and the rain looks minimal with the CF passage.
wolfie09
Typical North West mult-bands..In and out of snow, keeping it wintry, 28°..
