Has the appeal of a much larger winter storm based on the plow piles. Probably 0.8” water in 4” of accumulation. Big aggregates mixed with IP now. The air aloft is beginning to warm near 925, but pressure falls may drive a shallow boundary further south. At least that part was good to second guess. Not the models warming to Winni.
