HRRR suggests some dynamic cooling could take place as heavier precip hits however that should primarily impact those areas you've mentioned. 

Still very concerned about a significant ice event for those folks.

Yea we are starting to see some dynamic cooling, dewpoints should allow temps to still drop a few degrees across the area as precip intensifies

Yeah looking at HRRR & RGEM they show cooling around 5Z. So temps should get to around 32 or so. Inland another story. They could have problems.
