Roads all clear, snowpack slowly degraded as I drove south to CC, barely anything around the beltway. Westminster had more coverage but temps were above freezing and surfaces were just wet. Even with a pouring rain for several hours there is still a decent amount of snow cover and even some still hanging in the trees, particularly the pines. It's been like this for the last couple weeks, and even when the sun has been out it's almost always been breezy (this past Sunday was an exception). Really an awful stretch of weather.
