moneypitmike
It's ripping--we'll certainly be pulling out a 5-spot. Doubt we have the duration to eek out a 6.
ORH_wxman
Yeah I think 2-4/3-5 would have been a better forecast for a chunk of the region. Anyone in the steady stuff east of the river isn't getting just 1".

CoastalWx
I feel like it's going to move a little more east now. So instead of 1-3, probably should have had 2-4. At least the mini jack areas seem to be happening.

Hoth
Wiz's coating forecast done busted. And the Yanks got Gerrit Cole. Anyway, it's nice to have an event that covers the grass, even if it will be gone in a day or two.

weatherwiz
That was fun to watch transpire overnight. The dry air just never made it in here and exceptional lift just slowly moved over the state. Given as moist as it was and with that lift...boom!

Would you go 2-4" then and have most people at the max end of the range or 3-6' and have most people covered? I think 3-6" would have been a fair call. I'll be going out shortly but looks like 4-5" here. Nice little bonus snow to stay way above the seasonal average. I had patches and banks for the most part and this covers things up nicely.

Absolutely gorgeous paste job I just look at it from most likely, and then narrow in on Lolli's. But that is also how we role in aviation. But I think overall 2-4 with lolli's to 5 would be better than 1-3 with lolli;s to 4 like I had yesterday. Although we did mention how bands will matter.
