BuildingScienceWx
Lost power for a few hours this afternoon. The ice ended up being a bigger deal than I thought here. Less than an inch on the storm between snow and sleet. Snow starting back up for "round 2" now. 30/28.

CT Valley Snowman
Dumping pretty good and windy. Kids outside sledding off the snow banks and the neighborhood looking festive with Holiday decor. Good times with some type of snow falling, whether light, heavy, or mixed with sleet or just flurries for a decent portion of the past 27 hours. Today’s few inches were featherweight. My folks have 17” on the ground...just measured a half hour ago. My father said it’s all there, very dense heavy snow. ALB was 32-33F today for a while, so that’s high impact with those liquid equivalent numbers to be sitting with nearly a foot and a half of settled dense snow after 24+ hours of snow....afternoon settling at 33F etc. Given that the official ALB snowfall is running a few more inches than the on the ground total, I bet my folks are 19-20+” storm total if they cleared even once or twice. Wouldn’t surprise me if it’s 2” or more QPF too.
Connecticut Appleman
If this could keep going for while - this would add up quickly. I fear it is going to be too transient to amount to much.
wxeyeNH
29.7F Moderate snow/blowing snow Just like that this band came in from the east.
