Adjust your blade height.

I did. I had them up all the way (An inch maybe?), but I didn’t want to leave an inch of snow on the ground. So I lowered it to about a 1/2” and chomp.

I probably should’ve cleared the driveway of loose rocks before it snowed.

Might have been a good idea Holmes

Usually I shovel the first dinky event and get most of the rocks then. But I haven’t had anything worth shoveling yet. Oh well. I probably should invest in paving the damn thing, but that’s a lot of driveway.

I was shocked leaving work at JP about a half hour ago.  Snowing and blowing and everything iced up.  All roads covered.  Near the pond which is lower in elevation roads were wet.  Here at home snow covered roads and plow piles along with decent cover. Could be a fun night

I measured 20.5 an hour ago, but since then it has dumped. Maybe 22 now?  I'll measure after dinner.  Best early season storm here since T-Day 1971. We only got 4" here from that

pre-Halloween storm earlier in the decade.

That’s fabulous Rick!

i think they have to take measurements before a changeover occurs and ignore the set schedule. I mean, that would make sense anyways.

Yeah idk what the rules are for situations like that. Maybe others can fill us in.

It’s correct

Yeah it's correct. A quick inch did fall before the rain. Wouldn't know it by looking outside a little after but that was the max of the front end contribution here and Downtown Boston.
