When it snows six inches you don't see a plow for hours, but when the roads are wet they're out sending up sparks on the bare pavement. What you just said actually makes sense if you think about it, when theres a quick 6" they are out clearing highways and main roads to keep up so you dont see a plow on side streets for hours but when its like this .5" and freezing rain all you see is plows scraping the pavement because they have nothing else to do. Highways are probably just wet around these parts id venture to guess. But yeah they still shouldn't have the plow down on bare pavement thats retarded. Just salt and sand it?
